About This Pipe
I am a fan of classic pipes and pipe brands. For me, a person who enjoys walking aisles of antique stores looking for pipes and other 'smalls', I would often rather have an older pipe from a company than a newer one. Coming across Petersons from the 19th century is rather difficult, so pre-republic pipes are better within reach. Even though Peterson is, in my opinion, THE most consistent pipe company since the beginning (with the exception of new lines), these older pieces seem to be warmer and have more comfortable bits.
