About This Pipe
If one were to nominate a shape and finish to represent the "classic" Ascorti, it might well be this combination that was considered a classic with the original Caminetto line. When Pepino Ascorti and Gigi Radice went their separate ways from Caminetto, they each took a similar type of carved finish with them. Radice called his "Underwood", Ascorti called his "New Dear", and the latter kept that appellation with Caminetto as well.
