About This Pipe
(I always need to look up Massimiliano Rimensi's name to spell it correctly). Anyway, he's the carver of Il Duca pipes. I believe he is top up-and-comer in Italian pipes. Stylistically, he has a lot of German (Barbi), Danish (Heeschen), and American (Rad) flavor in his pipes. Still, they are decidedly Italian in nature and construction. This appears to be something between a dublin, zulu, and billiard - and it probably one of his earlier pieces. Nice grain, don't you think?
