Condition: 4/5 The rim is slightly darkened; there is a stress crack on the shank accent (but it is sleeved, so should cause no problems), and there is a tiny, irregular crack under the shank from the wood shrinking, but it also causes no problem.

About This Pipe

Smooth-polished from end to end, and sporting a turned briar ferrule, this Castello presents the traditional Cherrywood shape in charming style - and with a good bit of flame grain, as well a s a fine freckling of birdseye, too. Though we've seen Castello use briar ferrules on their bent Egg designs, this is the only example I turned up in our archives of one on a Cherrywood - as well as the only turned one, at that.
