About This Pipe
When you hold this gorgeous Old Church bent brandy from the work bench of Jimmy Craig, I think two things will leap out at you simultaneously. First, the slimmed down shank and more pronounced backwards rounding on the fore of the heel which lends an amazing amount of grace to this Ashton "standard". Second is an eye popping grain on the right of the bowl, as well as the wicked cragginess that appears on the heel. Crafted from oil-cured briar, and finished with the forgiving Ashtonite bit, Jimmy has produced another winner.
