A blend of Danish and perhaps some of the lighter, more elegant Italian freehand influences, here Massimiliano presents us with a long, gracile shank, its slenderness accentuated by the subtle narrowing it takes on towards the center of its length, and the delicate flaring at both stem-base and transition. This, of course, all acts as a balance against the tall, lean, deep-chambered Billiard bowl, the body of which is defined by soft lines, while the rim is crowned in a contrastingly sharp, narrow ring of plateau.
