About This Pipe

Not too long ago we needed a pair of dice in the office. No, Eric and I were not shooting craps in the attic as I've learned my lesson about gambling with the quiet guys who wear nothing but black fatigues. Rather, in this instance, Sykes was trying to prove a point to a handful us about productivity based on probability in a Post-Industrialized work force, or something along those lines, and needed two die. Where did he find a pair? You guess it. on a Tom Eltang Poker.

Okay, see, that brings up a question: Do the Danes play poker with dice? Or is Tom just riffing on some kind of gambling theme? I'm certainly hoping for the former because while I've got plenty of personal rules about gambling (like rule #16: Slots are for suckers. Or #31: Choose to booze, choose to loose.) I'm totally down to tempt fortune in a game of Texas Hold'em with some ivory (or in this case plastic).

Nevertheless, if you're going out to the Casino Boats anytime soon, be sure to take with you the kind of smoking pipe that makes an impression. I think this one will do handsomely.
