About This Pipe
I was at first tempted to describe this Johs straight Apple as a "neat little briar". The problem with that is, while it is indeed very neat, it is not actually little - the dense, shapely proportions simply lend themselves to such an impression, and, indeed, this piece is actually quite substantial in hand.
