About This Pipe
While this shape would be considered highly unusual in most pipe making countries, it has become something of a classic within the Pesaro school. Similar executions can be found within the Ser Jacopo La Pipaccia and Picta series, and Giancarlo Guidi is about as Pesaro as it gets. The playfulness of a bowl and shank that fuses elements of the billiard, egg and hawkbill takes on a fine sense of the regal, with the addition of dual sterling silver at the tenon and mount.
