About This Pipe
The second example we've seen lately of this novel L'Anatra design, this Horn features much of the expected L'Anatra flow and smoothness of line, yet also sports an unusual underside, broken up by two long flats. As in the previous example, these are not merely an aesthetic flourish, but indeed make the briar a sort of two-position sitter; one with the rim and bowl held high and proud, the other with the stem doing so.
