About This Pipe
The '306' shape sits on its flattened base and sports a bend in the shank that approaches the Oom Paul in terms of severity. In many respects, the combination of shape (you can put it down and it's deeply bent so it sits comfortably in the mouth) and finish (the rustication makes it a little more rugged than a smooth pipe would be) makes it the perfect light-work pipe (maybe not chopping down trees with a chain saw kind of work, but perhaps puttering around in the shed kind of work).
