About This Pipe
Ah, the Shamrock. The Shamrock has been a huge success since it was first released. Actually, there used to be a Shamrock finish that was quite different (vaguely akin to the modern Aran finish) decades ago, but the new namesake bears little resemblance to that old series. It's presented here rusticated (the Shamrock comes in both smooth and rusticated versions) in the B24 shape. One of the neatest things about the Shamrock series is that it pulls shapes from across Peterson's shape lines. That means that a lot of shapes that are series specific (say, to the Sherlock Holmes pipes or perhaps the high end silver spigots and whatnot) are occasionally available in the Shamrock series. Given that I don't even recognize the B24 shape, it must regularly belong to an obscure series indeed.
