About This Pipe
I have always had a thing for the rhodesian shape, my neighbor, when I was a kid, always smoked one, and it came to symbolize (to me) what a pipe "should look like". Later, as a smoker, I fell in love with the ease of viewing the burning tobacco, and how the bowl was the thickest, right where the ember usually got the hottest. Peterson of Dublin makes a darned fine rhodesian, they call it the "999". I guess a few other gents like their rhodesian as well. it's their best selling shape!
