About This Pipe
Originally the "Professor" (as in Moriarty) of the Sherlock Holmes series, the "XL16" is a mixture of. Billiard, Apple, and Brandy? That would be my guess, though ask three other pipe men and you may get three other answers - no doubt part of what makes the Holmes series shapes so popular. So much so, in fact, that Peterson made the entire Kinsale series just to be able to offer the Holmes series shapes at a lower price.
