About This Pipe
This Radice Underwood is by far the largest in this update, readily dwarfing all the rest. In fact, the finely-patterned cumberland stem is as big as some briars in their entirety. Really, sometimes I wonder about you aficionados of giant pipes. Unless you are eight feet tall, doesn't it seem a bit silly? (If you are eight feet tall, has anyone had the temerity to suggest that it still might be?) Ah, well, but what is life without our larks and eccentricities, and I'd rather know you were sitting at home having a good marathon-length smoke than, say, building Frankenstein's monsters in the attic (or worse yet, Herbert West monsters in the basement).
