About This Pipe
Pairing a mahogany and rich walnut stain, Savinelli created severe contrast in the ring grain exposed by the sandblast of this bent Billiard. The Onda series incorporates top notch briar and thus deserves such labor intensive finishing. A smooth portion underneath the shank reveals the mahogany stain, while the smooth finish of the rim has a ripe cross grain pattern stained a vivid walnut. The pipe is ultra light, no doubt because of the quality briar and should easily conform to the jaw.
