About This Pipe
Savinelli's tall bowled Brandy, the '628', has been shaped from gorgeous briar for this Onda series edition. The natural honey-blonde stain reveals a left face covered in birdseye, and the right with a radiating pattern as intense ring grain reaches ever upwards and ends with a smooth walnut stained rim. The band is etched with waves inspired by the Savinelli family's love of the sea, and the 19th century French Poet Charles Baudelaire's best known work 'The Flowers of Evil'; "Free man, you always love the sea! The sea is your mirror, contemplate your soul In the infinite development of its wave, And your spirit is not an abyss less bitter"
