About This Pipe
This intriguing fugu, from master pipe make Hiroyuki Tokutomi, is a bit of a bridge between his traditional blowfish, and the more elongated interpretation that we have seen, as of late. The all important center bevel does more than simply define the shape's characteristic side panels, it actually becomes a main feature in and of itself. While the right side panel stays pretty close to what one would expect from a standard fugu, the right side is simply a large convex surface, with a subtle ridge line that runs from nose to mount.
