About This Pipe
The "Konsul" is an older Vauen line, one which I don't see why it was discontinued (or at least, they no longer appear on the Vauen website). The rich auburn, high-polished finish and simple, uncluttered black stem looks great with a wide variety of designs, after all. Here the "Konsul" provides a more muted quality to the bold, obviously Danish-inspired profile of the "234" shape.
