Don Pepin Garcia Cigars | A Cuban Tradition

Celebrated as one of the finest blenders in the world, Jose Pepin Garcia rolled his first cigar when we was just 11 years old. Working in a factory alongside other torcedores, he learned the basics of cigar making the Cuban way, following age-old techniques and discovering through practice what makes a cigar truly great. Garcia's early years didn't just spark a lifelong passion for cigars; they laid a foundation for what would become one of the finest brands on the market, a brand which seamlessly weaves tradition with innovation in every cigar they produce: Don Pepin Garcia.

In 2003, his passion and experience led Jose Garcia to establish a small cigar factory in Little Havana, Florida. The operation was about preserving tradition, about passing it along to his children. But that small factory catalyzed the Garcia family's acclaim. Within six years, Jose opened one of the most prestigious cigar operations in the world: My Father Cigars, in Esteli, Nicaragua. Also known as the Garcia Family Industrial Park, My Father Cigars is a seven-acre complex where Garcia's team harvests, produces, packages, and distributes luxury cigars to retailers across the globe — all from one central location.

"It is about a lifelong passion! It is not just about a cigar, it is a dream – the Garcia's dream!" - Jose Pepin Garcia

Today, Garcia's blends are recognized the world over for their excellent balance and robust finish. Comprised of Nicaraguan, Ecuadorian, and Habano-seed varietals, these sticks are a testament to old-school Cuban tradition with an emphasis on quality, flavor, and construction. In many ways, the family tradition is more alive than ever, with Jose's son Jaime having developed countless blends for both the Don Pepin Garcia line and many other brands under the My Father's umbrella.

You can experience the Garcia tradition firsthand today with a range of fresh arrivals, including the impressive Blue Lancero, as well as Jaime Garcia's incredible Reserva Especial, plus a host of timeless favorites like the Cuban Classic line already on the site. Explore the selection today.

I've smoked two Flor de las Antillas sticks from the My Father's line and they were very memorable smokes.
