Welcome back to the Mystery Cigar Review. For this month's episode, we were honored to host another special guest Inquisitor: Vice President of Sales for My Father cigars, Mr. Jose Ortega! Located in Estelí, Nicaragua, a region known for its rich soils and excellent crops, the My Father's factory also produces a number of blends for such popular brands as Tatuaje, La Aroma de Cuba, and San Cristobal. With over 700 employees, the My Father team controls the entire production process — from planting and cultivating to harvesting, curing, rolling, and packaging — to ensure consistently-constructed, beautiful, and delicious smokes. What is The Mystery Cigar Review?
For those of you unfamiliar with this little game, each month one member of our team selects a cigar for us to review in a blind taste-test. Then we gather around the camera, scratch our heads, and smoke, all while attempting to guess the mysterious cigar's wrapper, filler, origins, and name. There's only one rule: There are no rules.
