Mystery Cigar Review: November 2022
Welcome back to the Mystery Cigar Review! This month, we're pleased to introduce Mr. Samuel Bowden, one of our intrepid Customer Service Representatives to the Inquisitor position. Fans of the Mystery Tobacco Review will recognize Sam from his trickery and guile with pipe tobacco, but this month, we're enlisting his wit regarding cigars. Join us as Alan, Truett, and I smoke through Sam's chosen cigar in an attempt to guess the binder, wrapper, filler, and country of origin in a blind taste test. Will we guess correctly, or has Sam foiled us yet again? Watch the review to find out!
What is The Mystery Cigar Review?
For those of you unfamiliar with this little game, each month one member of our team selects a cigar for us to review in a blind taste-test. Then we gather around the camera, scratch our heads, and smoke, all while attempting to guess components, origins, and name. There's only one rule: There are no rules.

Why did all the vids get removed from YouTube?
@Eric- My guess is that YouTube isn't a very hospitable place for tobacco related material. Likely the same for other individual liberty based subjects.
@Erick and @Blue_Falcon, It's a long story, but essentially we took down all of our content on YouTube to avoid the deletion of the channel (it's complicated, but we had no other choice — we hope to release a longer explanation soon). All of our videos will be hosted on Vimeo and live here on the Daily Reader going forward. Much of our content catalog has been ported over already, but we are still in the process of migrating a few things. We hope to have all of our content ported over and our embeds on the Daily Reader changed by the end of the year at the very latest. We appreciate your patience as we make this transition.
So why did he cut the cap?! Did he give you an answer? We also want to know.
@Al B: I legitimately just thought that's something you were supposed to do. It turned out to be the best trick I ever could have pulled and I didn't even realize it. -Samuel
That is a very funny coincidence, Samuel. Thank you and your colleagues for a great mystery review.
