Mystery Tobacco Review: May 2020
Welcome back to The Mystery Tobacco Review, the pipe tobacco taste-testing game that just won't quit! On this month's episode, Shane, Truett, and I put our palates to the test against a secretive blend chosen by yet another first-time Inquisitor: Steve Mawby from our Customer Service team. Steve's one of those pipe smokers who likes a broad range of different blends. His tobacco cellar is diverse and eclectic, so we had no context clues or hints going into this one. What did he pick? Did Steve stump us on his first try? Or did our seasoned taste buds (hey, at least we think they are, anyway) point us in the right direction? Watch the full video to find out!
Just a quick note. We'd like to thank you again for your continued support and patience as we attempt to bring you our regularly scheduled programming while still observing proper social distancing measures. We greatly appreciate your understanding. Thanks for sticking with us.

What is The Mystery Tobacco Review?
For those of you unfamiliar with this little game, each month one member of our team selects a tobacco for us to review in a blind taste-test. Then we gather around the camera, scratch our heads, and smoke, all while attempting to guess the mysterious mixture's components, origins, and name. There's only one rule: There are no rules.

Wessex is hard jigsaw among miriade of similiar blends. It will be interesting see Kaz in team "during this strugell"đ- due of his notes below Wessex on the Smokingpipes.com đ. Thx for Mystery-my favourite pointđ!
I enjoy the videos.....yall crack me up.....one thing I find funny is how many times you guys have had to relight during the smoke, isn't that a little amateurish? LOL
@Paul Honestly, I really donât buy into the whole ârelighting is badâ thing and I generally encourage new smokers not to worry about relighting at all. It doesnât really mean anything to be able to smoke an entire bowl without having to relight and I think people get hung up on that when they should be focusing on smoking slowly and enjoying the flavors/overall experience. YMMV, as always.
