The wallpapers from the last several months have NOT BEEN GOOD! I used to change my wallpaper monthly using your wallpapers. The last time I did this was the Savinelli 2023 wp. Too many artisanal/freehand pipes. Colors are too bright and cheery. Bring back the more industrial looking pipes... Peterson, Rossi, Savinellis. More books, wood, leather for backdrops. Everything doesn't have to be super bright. thank you!
19 total pipes shown here (yes, I know most are repeated), and only ONE has a "super bright" anything. Lol
I’m with Brook. Give us some mobile and desktop wallpapers of pipes that us “regular guys” like and can aspire to own, we’re probably 10,000:1 to the “fancy” pipe guys. Know where your bread is buttered. For example the Peterson Harp Collection has been on my phone since it was released, I’m waiting on a similar pipe wallpaper. The Savenelli Christmas wallpaper was nice. Just a suggestion and no offense intended to the fancy pipe guys. If I could afford, meaning disposable income, a Tom Eltang I’d buy one too. Hence the reason there are so many “production pipes” available vs. artisan pipes. While I’m at it, tell Peterson to lay off the cheap looking rusticates and get back to sandblasting pipes. I get the economics of mass production but they’re just downright ugly, in my humble opinion of course.
Thank you for taking the time to set up and distribute these shots monthly. I generally set the calendar as my desktop wallpaper each month. Occasionally there are no pics in the group that really jive with my aesthetics, but I still appreciate the effort that went into creating them.
