About This Pipe
This freehand from Ben Wade features a conical bowl with a pointed heel and a unique paneled shank that widens toward the shank face. More interesting, the shank face bares a thick example of plateau that creates the illusion that the shank had just been broken off. The bowl's rim was just as broken, with an uneven path and jagged peaks of plateau. Complimented with a pleasing flame grain, this is an excellent, unique piece to add to your collection.
