About This Pipe
The vast majority of the Charatans we see are from that company's most famous era, the late 1960s and 1970s when it partnered with Hermann Lane in the United States. It's particularly special to see a piece that predates that period by quite a bit, one, indeed, that's almost certainly pre-war. The grain is strikingly impressive, while the chamber size is literally massive relative to the dimensions of the rest of the pipe.
