About This Pipe
Castello maintains some very high standards indeed amongst their "regular" lines, and as for their "premier" grades. Well, this Collection Great Line Fiammata presents such a rarefied strata of pipedom that out of the nearly one-thousand Castellos we've carried new, and the over six-thousand Italian estate briars we've seen pass through our hands, this is but the sixth specimen - and the one, single example in a "KKKK" sizing. It is, as you can see, and as you would expect, an exquisitely grained piece of briar, shaped to very solid proportions, yet defined from polished rim, to heavy heel, to undulating shank-end by eloquent, flowing lines.
