Urano Fantasy Bent Dublin Tobacco Pipe

Whether it is some unnamed titling protocol or simple habit, the moniker of "calabash" never seems to get assigned to pipes that don't show either a minimum of a quarter bend. Yet, at least to my way of thinking, when talking about a pipe whose rim does not separate from the body, "calabash" lies from more within the rim than the bend. By their very concept, the Ardor Fantasy series hints of the future and overwhelmingly makes use of implied motion with the forms. Not only does the bent dublin (cough) in front of you satisfy that criteria, it almost redefines it. Boasting an almost aerodynamic, wind cheating profile in the low slung bowl and reduced arc to the trailing shank and bit, this composition seems to be on the verge of folding the space/time continuum to commence its journey. Ruby, sterling and faux amber always team in a delightful manner and this Fantasy is no exception.
