A modern, freehand take on the Brandy sitter, this Ardor Mercurio sports quite a substantial, yet also deliciously smooth bowl, paired via a rather deep transition to a high-kicking, heavily flaring shank - which is then itself contrasted by a lithe little slip of a stem. Though anything but traditional, this is no mere art piece either, as it not only sits well, but proves perfectly natural in hand. And of course, the good bit of extra chamber depth doesn't hurt, either.
