'Castello' Great Line Dublin Tobacco Pipe

Freehand shaping and plateau crowns are common features to briars of the Great Line stamping, and while this particular bent Dublin does sport two out of those three, the rim has been smooth-polished to present a fine bit of minute, freckled birdseye mixed in amongst an attractively smoky end grain. The real star of the show is the flame grain, however, which is rich, lush, lively and thorough in its coverage of both bowl and shank.
