About This Pipe
Looking at the immaculate crosscut grain on the fore and aft of the bowl and the dizzying quality of the birdseye on the sides, it's my opinion that Castello "left money on the table", by not bumping the grade of this pot to a Collection Occhio di Pernice. If you take a look at the bowl measurements below, you will see that this Castello pot came by that GG size designation honestly, and who can't admire the addition of a Castello sterling military mount?
