About This Pipe
With prices only slightly higher than the Old Antiquari series, the Trademark finish might be the best value in Castello's lineup. We always make an effort to pick the nicest Castellos, regardless of finish, but I also feel like these efforts are particularly well repaid among the Trademarks we select. While certainly not grained comparable to a Collection, this is a really nice shape with some pretty good grain, at a price that barely exceeds a comparably sized sandblasted piece. I like the combination of the acrylic ferrule and acrylic stem separated by a spacer, echoing, but cleanly and elegantly, the stem styles of the 1970s.
