About This Pipe
Yet another splendid Italian classic from a carver who is the sole owner/operator of his shop, something that is one hell of a scarcity in Italy nowadays. Maybe I am just projecting here, but perhaps a good deal of the perfection that appears in his product is precisely because the stamp bears his name, because Claudio (and Claudio alone) bears the total responsibility for the pipe that is about to go into your rotation. Then again, maybe he's just a fantastic carver. Maybe a little bit of both?
