About This Pipe
Rendered in pale virgin briar accented by a lovely bit of dark cumberland for the stem, this Il Duca Barone presents us with a rather long-shanked rendition of the straight Billiard which combines the Danish school's style of simple, smooth lines and excellent poise with proportions more akin to what you would expect from the Italian neoclassical school; i.e. a stouter shank and bigger, more capacious bowl.
