About This Pipe
The twin bead that is part of the signature of the bulldog becomes inferred in Dunhill sandblasted finishes, via the simple, sudden reduction of the wood that forms the outer rim. Personally, I don't find this a fault, a twin bead nor more makes or breaks a bulldog than placing a bead on an elephant's foot turns it into a bulldog. This smart Shell Briar 5104 revels in a nicely etched grain, most anywhere the eye can land. indeed, this century old classic has rarely looked better.
