Picta Magritte Sandblasted Stack (20) Tobacco Pipe

The terms "stack" and "fluid" are rarely used together when describing a briar, but the Picta Magritte "20" easily earns both. The shank and stem are positively sinuous together, and join the high, proud bowl through an easy and graceful transition. I suspect this may have been a favorite design for Giancarlo, as it's received special silverwork - where the rest of the Magritte pipes feature Magritte's signature flying doves, the "20" has been given both a band and a crown sporting a theme more specific to the inspiring work, Magritte's "Musical Moment".
