About This Pipe
"Apple" is probably about as close to the standard shape chart as we are likely to get on this pipe. Giancarlo found inspiration for this shape in the clay works that abound in Pesaro (indeed, Giancarlo's first "hands on" art designs were in clay). The rustication of the body is crowned by a smooth rim, and that rim holds some pretty cross cut grain.
