Smooth Horn (Lion) Tobacco Pipe

A simply exceptional design and execution by Lasse, this eloquently traced, gorgeously rendered naturalistic curl of briar might well be what you would expect a briar pipe to turn out like if it were made by the famous 19th naturalist illustrator Ernst Haeckel. Of Course, Lasse doesn't settle for exquisite design alone, and so it is that, with a little help from a vibrant bengal stain, we are presented with gorgeous flame grain dressing either flank, as well as vast multitudes of tightly-packed birdseye stretching the length of the underside, complemented by further appearances upon the rear faces of the bowl and the flaring shank-end.
