About This Cigar
Curivari approaches cigar making from as authentic a Cuban style as possible — hand-rolling cigars in the traditional Cuban method, utilizing Cuban-seed Criollo and Corojo tobaccos, and finishing each cigar with a triple cap. Founder Andreas Throuvalas seeks to emulate the iconic flavor profile of famous Cuban cigars, prioritizing balanced flavor and aroma over strength. The Ciclope cigars leans on Throuvalas' roots and Curivari's overarching Greek motif with a name that references the mythical, one-eyed monster thwarted by Odysseus in The Odyssey. As a cigar, it features Curivari's signature Cuban-see Corojo and Criollo fillers from Nicaragua with a Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper for tasting notes of pepper and chocolate.
