About This Cigar
With Cuban roots dating back to 1875, Romeo y Julieta is one of the most well-respected names in the industry, and one of the most popular cigar brands in the United States. Like 2021's Romeo y Julieta Eternal series, the Envy is limited-edition cigar made by the Plasencia family in Nicaragua. It's composed of Nicaraguan filler and binder tobaccos wrapped in a high-priming leaf grown in Nicaragua's Jalapa region. A medium-bodied smoke that's aged more than typical Romeo y Julieta cigars, the Envy offers tasting notes of nougat, earth, dark chocolate, and spice and is packaged in a fittingly green box, with a secondary band on each cigar featuring the evil eye — a sign symbolic for warding off envious impulses.
