Erik Nørding is a prolific Danish carver who has been fashioning pipes since the 1960s and is known around the world for his signature interpretation of the Danish Fancy design style. Many of his pieces feature striking, organic shaping, with unique details prevalent throughout despite being factory-made. His Nosewarmer series comprises pieces of a compact, pocket-friendly dimension, and they're quite different from his Freehand work, with more conservative shaping that combines classic forms with exotic accents. This particular rendition is a charming, forward-urging bent Apple with plenty of curves to appreciate, and has been dressed in a partial rustication.
