Since the 1960s, Erik Nørding has been one of the leading figures in the Danish Fancy Freehand movement, pioneering a style that forgoes traditional shapes in favor of more organic, individualized designs. Nørding's Abstract series showcases the Danish carver's floral shaping style and stimulating finishing work with a variety of creative Freehand shapes.
