Better with Age
Returning to pipes after a faulty start roughly 7 years ago. I stuck an opened tin of this in a small mason jar with a 62RH Boveda having the general wisdom that I might return to it some day. It's simply perfect. All the flavors have merged and mellowed into a confident but gentle profile, like a well worn jacket. The smokiness which I recall being a bit up front when fresh harmonizes and leaves an incredibly pleasant aftertaste long after you've finished the bowl. Going to stock up now; see you all again in 7 years.
