Terrible chemical aroma and taste
When I smelled it, it was less than appealing with a weird chemical aroma backed by a faint hint of cherry, so being a good trier, I packed the brand new pipe I ordered with this tobacco. Big mistake. After just getting it lit and tamped, I was gagging on the taste of some kind of propylene or something. Absolutely disgusting. I took the bag out of my humidor straight away, good thing I did, because when I opened it, the whole thing smelled like the chemical. My wife and daughter had asked me what the weird smell is in the basement. I bought 8oz of garbage, and I don’t know how it didn’t draw red flags from Smokingpipes.com either, because I could smell it before I opened the shipping box.
