Cornell & Diehl - Dark Chocolate
C&D Dark Chocolate was not a good batch this time
I have used the C&D Dark Chocolate before and would have rated it higher at that time. This time it smelled like River Town, which to me stinks, and was very oily. I could not pick up a chocolate aroma at all, just stink. I asked my wife to “Smell this chocolate” and she found it to be very unpleasant and did not pick up on chocolate, she works at a bakery. I’m not sure if I got a bad batch or if I was just lucky the first time, but I won’t take that chance again.
