Falls Short
Felt quality is much lower than it's appearance, my example wont hold fluid or adjust flame accurately despite my use of premium butane. Upon contacting Smoking Pipes I was disappointed to find they would not take it on return (fine print in their return policy). My only remedy is to ship it back to them for warranty work, which adds additional cost to an already high priced item. I'm disappointed in both the lighter and handling of the situation by Smoking Pipes.
