About This Pipe
This smooth bent dublin, from Danish master Tom Eltang, is an exquisitely shaped cone whose heel is allowed to travel well past the line of the shank, and features an intriguing curve to the left. The juxtaposition of the shank to the bowl is top notch, and accentuates the form of the latter. The shank is completed with a bamboo extension, followed by a hand cut, tapered bit. The straight grain and birdseye of this piece will bring a smile to most any collector's face.
