About This Pipe
While many Picta series designs range from the novel to the explicitly eccentric, this Van Gogh "18" shape goes the other route, to produce a remarkable neoclassical rendition of the Cutty that is steeped in a more traditional type of Old World charm - and all the more so in this dark sandblasted finish. The clean, graceful shaping which runs from bit to rim is lent an artfully reserved accent through the addition of a subtle bead carved just below the rim, and its opposite and counter-balance, a slim silver ring at the end of the shank.
