About This Pipe
While bordering on the fairly conventional by any standards, when it comes to the shaping aesthetics of Poul Winslow, this composition almost qualifies as "staid". This elegantly shaped egg does sport small bits of asymmetry, here and there, injecting a little playfulness into a fairly formal composition. The bowl features a goodly amount of righteous crosscut grain and birdseye, and is completed by a nicely executed saddle stem.
