In addition to being a talented artisan pipe maker, Bill Shalosky also produces a wide range of tampers, bringing his refined eye for aesthetics and craftsmanship to bear on pipe accessories. This particular tamper from Shalosky is fashioned from gaboon ebony and features a .45 shell casing as the foot.
